My Work: I have been practising Yoga for 8 years. After just a few months of practice I began to observe positive changes on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. It was at this point I knew that I wanted to learn more about this ancient system and to be able to share this with others. I am an enthusiastic member of the Yoga Alliance and am fully qualified to teach Ashtanga yoga. Certified in First Aid, my classes are run in a warm, safe and friendly atmosphere.
My classes are designed to strengthen, stretch and invigorate both the body and mind. I guarantee you will feel worked, yet relaxed.
"Kathryn’s passion and enthusiasm for her yoga and teaching is a delight to behold, and is most infectious."
"Her teaching is excellent. The class I attended was a great class, very enjoyable."
"I came out of the class feeling very ‘worked’, very happy and calm.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go back again! "

My goal is to continue studying and evolving my own practice; broadening my knowledge and experience to pass on to those whom I teaches, inspiring them to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
